HOW WE DEFEND YOU

Step One: Inititial Consultation and Advice

This is where you meet with one of our lawyers and discuss the unique complexities of the case. We will provide you with an upfront appraisal of the costs of your case and your potential eligibility for Victorian Legal Aid. At this stage you will receive preliminary advice on the likely direction of the case and we obtain initial instructions.

Step Two: Case Plan

Every case is different and a strong case plan is vital to maximise chances for success. At this stage develop and strategise a case plan on how to achieve the best result for you and your family. It is then we begin aggressively negotiating with the opposing side and develop strategies that will achieve the best possible outcome for you.

Step Three: Court

Court can be extraordinarily stressful and can often occur at short notice. We will give you an experienced legal team to strongly represent you when you have your day in court. We will ensure that one of our criminal lawyers or barristers will be there to assist you to ensure the best outcome for your case.
